Driving in Paris is not the best idea. Instead of enjoying this beautiful city, you will be under a lot of stress. Public transportation, taxi and Uber in Paris are a much better option.
If you plan to explore France outside of Paris, you can rent a car from Hertz, Avis, EasyCar, Sixt. Expedia often has good deals from multiple car rental companies.
